What are the benefits of membership?
With our ‘Silverado Medical Aesthetic’ Executive Membership your skin health will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis allowing us to identify any changes or concerns as early as possible. In addition, you will enjoy a complimentary monthly facial, savings on many of your favourite treatments, EXCLUSIVE MEMBER ONLY offers throughout the year, a 10% discount on skin care and make up products as well as discounts on laser and skin treatments and packages. Our Executive Membership is designed for all skin types, at all stages of needed care….whether you are barely beginning your maintenance schedule or need corrective treatments our executive membership is perfect for you.
How long is the membership?
The Executive Membership is based on an initial 12-month term and then continues on a month to month basis.
How am I charged for the membership?
Our Executive Members can either pay monthly through preauthorized payments charged to your credit card on the first of every month, or you can make one payment for the entire year and benefit from additional savings.
Do I receive any additional discounts on products or services?
Yes, as an Executive Member you will receive additional discounts on all of our skin care and make up products and many of our most popular services (exclusions apply).
If I have a series now can I roll it into a membership?
Yes, you just would need to meet with the membership coordinator to go over your options.
What if I am going to be out of town for more than a month or I miss my monthly treatment?
You can freeze your membership with no additional fee or your monthly treatment is good for 4 weeks so you can carry it forward into the following month.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Executive memberships are based on a 12 month term, if you choose to cancel your membership within the first 6 months, there will be a $100 cancellation fee charged.
