Unlike other dermal fillers where results can be seen almost instantaneously, with Sculptra the results will appear gradually as your body metabolizes the poly-L-lactic acid and stimulates collagen growth. Some patients experience mild bruising and swelling, but these are temporary and should subside over the days following treatment. You will be provided with post treatment instructions. You will be able to go back to your normal activities right after treatment. We ask that you come to the clinic with a clean face.
